INGREDIENTS:

bag of Little Circle Fried Shrimp Flour (sold at a Vietnamese
grocery store)
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of water
3/4
cup of sugar
1 cup of coconut cream
1
teaspoon of salt
2
green onions, chopped
PREPARATION:
1. Mix coconut cream, sugar, a pinch of onions into
a bowl. Stir the sugar until it dissolves. Set aside.**
2.
Mix a bag of flour with coconut milk.
3. Add water, salt, and onion
4. Heat (medium heat) the frying pan with little of
oil.
5. Pour the mixed flour into the pan (3/4 full) and
cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add
the mixed cocnut cream and let it cook until it turns
golden brown (approx. 3-5 min)
**
If neeed, taste it and add more or less sugar according
to your perferences.
